Kudakwashe holds a BSc Hons in Property Development and Real Estate Management. He has more than 20 years of managerial experience, having worked for National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ) as an artisan, Global Travel & Tours, Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP), Corporate Travel and Traverze Travel, and TNZ Africa Construction and Engineering at senior managerial level prior to the formation of Wanisa Developers in 2015. Kudakwashe brings into the company a wealth of technical and management experience that is key to the development of the organisation.

Munyaradzi is responsible for growing the company's market share, the financial management of the company, monitoring of working capital, financing and financial condition requirements. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Masters of Commerce in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance, Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, IIA). He has experience in Financial Administration, Compliance and Corporate Governance, and has worked for non-governmental organisations at various administrative positions.

Ndondandishe holds a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and Construction Technology, a diploma in civil engineering, a Diploma in Projects Planning and Management, and a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying. His experience in the built environment spans over 20 years, covering design and construction, building design, property maintenance, and interior design, fitting and building finishings. He worked for Shaslor Projects Contractors, Paul Harris and Associates, and D. Gutu and Associates at senior technical management level before founding TNZ Africa Construction and Engineering. Mr Zindonda is a driving force behind Wanisa Developers and Esteem Properties, with a mandate to drive them towards a one-stop shop in property development.

Mr Ndoora is a seasoned construction professional who holds a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying. He has vast experience spanning over ten years in the construction industry and exposure to the latest quantity surveying software that has given him an edge over other practitioners in the field. He has worked on various high-value projects in Zimbabwe at various capacities including quantity surveying and project management.

Experienced Civil & Structural Engineer with experience in the planning, design, supervision, and management of construction projects from inception to completion. Skilled in structural design, site supervision, project coordination, quantity estimation, concrete works, drainage systems, roadworks, and general civil engineering works. Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe.

Mr Dzvikidzo is a highly qualified and seasoned professional in urban and regional planning with more than twenty years' experience in town planning. He has solid exposure in Regional, Urban and Development Planning with special focus on Master and Local Plans of housing and development layouts.

Mr Mutisi is an environmentalist with broad experience and exposure in the sustainable use of natural resources for the benefit of all. His combination of practice, research and conservation has created awareness on the sustainable use of natural resources, helping stakeholders and communities coexist with nature and encouraging them to engage in sustainable environmental practices.

Mr Chipuka holds a BSc Hons in Land Surveying and is a seasoned professional of excellent repute, having been engaged in major infrastructural developments around the country. He has created a name for himself in the land surveying field.
